Customer Journey

Hi,

I am trying to find examples of Customer Journey Map, Customer Journey landscape as well as Customer Touchpoint and Customer Touchpoint Allocation Diagram but could not find them in the United Motor Groups Database.

Is there any information regarding this models? Will there be included in further UMG Releases?
