Whole "Supply Chain Process" EPC Example

Hi there,

is here anyone who could upload or just send me via E-Mail an process which kind of represents a supply chain? 

I really would like to see a process via e.g. a 2-tier supplier, 1-tier supplier, the logistic process, the process which take place within the manufacturing company (goods acceptance, procurement, production, warehouse, distribution etc.) to the, maybe distributor, to the end customer.

If anyone could provide me with an example process I would highly apprecciate it - I really don't know who to design something like that as an event-driven process.
