Which tool to use?

Dear ARIS community,

I'm expected to model some simple company processes with activities, events and swimming lanes. However, as I need to use swimming lanes, ARIS express alone won't suffice. Therefore, I was wondering which tool to buy in case I solely need to model processes with swimming lanes? Furthermore, how much does a respective license cost?

Finally, are the licenses bound to a specific person?
