ARIS Delete service call with CentraSite

Hi,

I am getting the below error while deleting Symbol which has syncronizes with CentraSite.I am unable to figure this error?I am using system/manage credentials while using this call.Iit huddles my ARIS-CentraSite Delete services POC.

When this call happens the service in centrasite goes automatically to "RETIRED" state accrding to documentation.

Please help me to ffix this issue.
