How to handle archiving records

Dear all,

I have a quick question:

All information in the enterprise should be archived, so how you handle this in ARIS.

Do you create custom attributes for the information carrier object to hold such information or you customize an object?

Attributes such as retention period, type, confidentiality, location, etc.
