how is aris set up (one-time creation and ongoing maintainence and governance ) done in your organisation

is it outsourced/ in house coe/ ownership with business functions?

pls mention your company or industry, number of employees, and any other relevant info  in your response. Am trying to understand which is the preferred industry model here and model works best for what type or set-up.
